Training Camp

Make your pro­ject man­agers and de­vel­op­ers lean and mean. Leonidas Train­ing Camp of­fers a two lev­el pack­age to agili­ty.

Boot Camp (1-?lev­el) will in­tro­duce the most es­sen­tial con­cepts of Scrum and ag­ile meth­ods. Your PMs and de­vel­op­ers will be giv­en tools and con­cepts to use in their day to day work.

Inspiration (2-level) will provide new insights to your experienced and battle hardened PMs. Camp will be structured according to the needs of the participants, including preferred subjects: Distributed Scrum, Effective Customer Communication and Scrumban in Practice.
