Leonidas Ltd. is a software company specializing in rapid product development and agile methods.
Leonidas was founded in 2008 when agile professionals decided to create an environment that fosters true performance in software development. It was perceived that due to their bureaucratic organizational structure and culture, most software companies are not able to fully exploit the benefits of agile methods.
Leonidas is headquartered in Tampere, Finland, from where it serves several multinational companies in their critical product development efforts. Leonidas has served major public companies, e.g. Logica and Itella, telecommunications industry, start-ups and SMEs. Our core services include rapid prototyping, agile coaching and software development. In addition, Leonidas offers training in agile project management.
Our focus lies in truly understanding the customer need, which we perceive to be the single most important factor in software development process.
